What is personal growth coaching?
Personal growth coaching is a supportive process designed to help you build confidence, reduce stress, and find clarity. Together, we’ll explore your goals and challenges, develop strategies, and create balance so you can move forward with purpose.
How are sessions held?
All sessions take place online or over the phone. This means you can join from wherever feels most comfortable and private for you.
What can I expect from a session?
Each session is a calm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly. We’ll work step by step to identify your needs, explore solutions, and create lasting positive change.
Do I need to prepare anything before my first session?
No—just come as you are. If you’d like, you can bring a goal, thought, or challenge to explore, but it’s not essential. The free 10-minute call is simply a chance to connect and see if coaching feels right for you.
How long are sessions and how often do they take place?
Full sessions typically last 60 minutes with mini sessions lasting 30 minutes. The frequency is flexible—some clients meet weekly, others fortnightly or monthly, depending on their needs.
What is the free 10-minute taster call?
It’s a short, friendly chat where you can ask questions, share what you’d like support with, and get a feel for how coaching works. There’s no pressure—just an opportunity to see if this feels right for you.
Do I need to commit after the taster call?
No. The call is completely free and with no obligation. If you’d like to continue with coaching afterwards, we can discuss options, but the choice is always yours.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Everything you share in coaching sessions is kept private and confidential, in line with ICO standards. The only exception is if you tell me something that indicates you or someone else may be at risk of harm. In that case, I have a duty of care to share this with the appropriate services to ensure safety.
